At my "normal job" I am an operator at a power plant which requires me to work 12 hour days, 5 days on, 2 off, 5 nights on 3 off, and on top of that, it's an hour away from home, so depending on when you order, shipments can be made in as little as a couple days, but can often take a couple weeks. So do not worry if it's been a while since you ordered. I WILL complete it. The best thing to do is order your things early.

Because this is still a relatively small business, I do not always have all the necessary parts on hand. Specialty parts sometimes need to be ordered which can take a week itself, so please expect that an order can take about 2 weeks for me to gather supplies for and build. Custom projects may take longer and we'll discuss that via email.

When I send out an order, I make the change on my webstore software to "complete" and it automatically sends out an email to the person who made the purchase. So when you receive an email that says "the status of your order has been changed to complete", that means it was mailed out that day and it should arrive within 2-3 days if you are in the lower 48 states.

The products I offer are all tested and function properly before being shipped. If there is a problem with a product, please let me know immediately by email or on the custiomer service forum.
